This is the ideal living space for students attending Concordia University
The Duquette house is located in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (NDG), a lovely residential neighbourhood. It offers affordable student housing close to Concordia University and Loyola campus. It is very welcoming to international students as the district is both francophone and anglophone.
What does my accommodation at House Duquette include?
The accommodation located on the second floor of the house includes all the essentials and more. House Duquette provides you with a bed (bedding included- quilt, mattress cover, pillowcases), a nightstand, a dresser, a desk, a chair, a desk lamp and a closet. You will have all the necessary to study and relax peacefully in your room. Also, two bathrooms are available in the house for your convenience.
Next, if you don’t feel like going out for dinner in the many restaurants nearby, you still can cook a meal in the house kitchen. Also, don’t worry about washing the dishes, just let the dishwasher handle the dirty pots and pans. Additionally, you won’t have to find a laundromat outside the apartment since House Duquette offers a washer and dryer inside the building.
The room provides plenty of natural lighting through a large window. Plus, the hardwood floor makes the apartment feel warm and cozy. You will only need to bring your personal belongings and decorations to make you feel just like home.

House Duquette is close to many public means of transport. It is only a 5-minutes walk from the Villa-Maria metro. Also, only a 10 minutes metro ride from the University of Montreal. As part of your student life in Montreal, you will enjoy the entertainment within the district as well since Notre-Dame-de-Grâce is often home to celebrations and special events.
It is essential to stroll down Monkland avenue to truly get the feel of this neighbourhood and enjoy its many coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. As said earlier, it is close to most points of interest, being only 15 minutes from downtown, University McGill and Concordia. It is also only 15 minutes away from Loyola Campus.
